Pic Credits:

  •    CLAIMS:

Petroleum Jelly, Lanoiin, Zinc Oxide, Titanium Oxide, Color, may contain : Candelilla Wax, Cetyl alcohol, castor oil, Ethylexyl Palmite, Cyclomethicone, Mathyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Iron Oxide, Perfume.

PACKAGING: The concealer comes in a flip open pan like container. It has a transparent lid where the Stars Cosmetics logo is printed. The packaging is NOT travel friendly! The lid might open up.

TEXTURE: I have a love hate relationship with this concealer. This concealer works amazing in summers. It is very creamy during those hot days because it melts. But during those cold days, you might have to rub the concealer a bit to warm up the product because might not be as cream as it is during the warm days.

SHADE: I'm in the shade Light. It matches me perfectly.

What I like:
  • Very bendable concealer.
  • Can be layered. Doesn't give cakey appearance.
  • Medium-full coverage.
  • Reasonable price
  • Lasts for 4 hours
  • Very Creamy
What I don't like:
  • Packaging is not travel friendly.
  • Can crease just after applying, if no under eye cream is applied (must set with powder)
  • Contains Paraben

Banjara's skin +ve Beauty Cream REVIEW

(Part of PR kit)

Heyyya everybody! Today I'll be reviewing another skincare product from Banjara's Skin +ve range. I'll be reviewing the Banjara's skin +ve Beauty Cream. You can read the review of the skin +ve Body lotion HERE.

Brand Banjara's was launched in 1993 with a line of products predominantly comprising herbal powders. The aim was to provide quality herbal powders for beauty care in a largely unorganised category. Read more HERE

Banjara's skin+ve Beauty Cream

PRICE : Rs.100 for 40 g of product.

DIRECTION FOR USE: Apply small quantity of beauty cream on your cleansed face in dots and massage gently. Use twice daily for best results.
Suitable for all seasons and skin types.

KEY INGREDIENTS: Olive oil, Glycerine, Yasad Bhasma, Pomegranate, Fruit Extract, Vitamin E, Wheat germ oil, Vitamin A, Provitamin B5

EACH gm CONTAINS: Olive (Olea europea) oil 3.5%, Glycerine 2%, Yashad Bhasma (Zinc oxide) 2%, Promegranate ( Punica granatum) Fruit Extract 1%, Vitamin E 0.5%, Wheat germ ( Triticum vulgare) Oil 0.3%, Vitamin A 0.1 %, Provitamin B5 0.1 %, Cream Base Q.S

PACKAGING: The cream comes in a tube with a pointed nozzle. The pointed nozzle helps in controlling the amount of product to be used. The tube has an outer cardboard packaging in which  all the ingredients and other information are written. I love the outer packaging because it is champagne in colour with red pomegranate embossed in it.

CONSISTENCY & COLOUR: The cream is very light weight and has a hint of pink in it. It has flecks of shimmer on it so it makes your face glow.

The product claims to "Protect, Hydrate & Repairs".

  • This lotion contains 'Yashad Bhasma (Zinc Oxide)'  which is unique among sunscreen ingredients in that it is truly a broad-spectrum blocker, protecting from UVA, UVB, and even UVC. So it protects the skin.
  • The cream is very light in weight and does not feel like i'm wearing any cream on my face. I absorbes into skin very easily and keeps the skin hydrated
  • As soon as you apply the cream, you feel a cooling sensation. It does make you skin soft and keeps it hydrated for about 4-5 hours.
  • This brand doesn't promote fairness :D
What I don't like about this cream is its fragrance. The fragrance is quite strong and many people may not like it.

  • Contains NO chemicals
  • Protects from the sun
  • Contains only herbal products
  • Makes the skin glow.
  • Does not promote fairness

  • Fragrance is quite strong.

OVERALL RATINGS: **** (4 out of 5)

Red & Brown Bridal Eye Makeup TUTORIAL | EOTD

6/07/2016 12:04:00 pm 0 Comments
Hello Ladies, Today I'm up with another EOTD. I'll be teaching you all a very simple eye makeup for any festive occasion or any weddings. You can even use this eye makeup for Bridal makeup purposes. So lets start with the tutorial.

  1. First of all I primed my lids using Essence I love Stage eyeshadow base. I set this with my Sephora compact powder.
  2. Then I applied a brick red matte eyeshadow on my crease with a tight dome shaped brush.
  3. Then I blended the red eyeshadow into the crease.
  4. I applied some dark brown eyeshadow in the outer V of my eyes and then blended it as well.
  5. Then apply the same brick red eyeshdow (used in the crease) onto your lids. Make sure to pack the colour, DO NOT DRAG IT! Blend the harsh edges as well.

  6. Now apply some white highlighter (no.1) in the inner corners of the eyes, as well as on the brow bone.
  7. Now apply a mix of shimmery rose gold and red eyeshadow (No.2 + 3) on the lower lash line and apply lots and lots of mascara.
  8. Hence, now we are complete!
